Help. Ipad Mini is not connecting to internet.

A little help here: Out of no where, my ipad mini stopped connecting to internet. I reset network settings and i restore my ipad as new and still getting this issue. I cant connect to any wifi network: starbucks, home and school.
Can someone help me?

I tried these steps below:

reset network settings.
restore ipad mini.
Reset all settings.
Erase all Content and Settings.
Update to new firmware: 6.0.2

None of these work. I cant connect to internet after all these.
I need help.

Is it showing the wifi networks in settings?

Yes. I saw my wifi name on network setting. When I click in and type in password, it have popup: Unable to connect to internet.
I thought i typed the password wrong but I cant be wrong 5 or 6 times. I tried it on my iphone 5, i got it in one shot.

I even changed my wifi name and password through verizon fios, Im still having the problem connecting.

Now i upgraded from 6.0.1 to 6.0.2 and still having the issue.

Im out of ideas. I dont know what to do.

This may sounds stupid but reset the router

Already done so. Even change the name of the router and password.

I called Apple support, they will get it replaced.
