I recently read the review on the InCase Convertible Jacket and noticed the velcro on their review unit. Well, my unit did not have that Velcro, so I placed a call to CS. Since I did purchase mine through InCase via their website, they were happy to send me out one of the "revised" units. Apparently they do listen to their customers. but it would have been nice if they had notified customers, even if only the customers whom had ordered from their site of the change. I'll update this thread when I receive the new unit, which will still be 1-2 weeks, since they are backordered.
