missed calls page filp is gone!!

any idea why the missed calls page filp feature is not showing at all on my iphone 2g/3.0 i'm going mad here

Do you have iblacklist installed? If so, make sure the call privacy in settings is turned off, otherwise iblacklist stops it before IS can grab it to show on the flip up.

Any other app which blocks the notification ie (pop up blocker) may have the same effect, but for me iblacklist has caused it.
