Default Screen locking when using QuickView

Before upgrading to 3.0 I used to be able to read emails with QuickView without the screen locking on me. Now, the screen still locks after the set amount of time which makes reading emails quite frustrating. Is this something that can be addressed?

    Thanks!

Hey okc - are you touching the screen or not touching?

It would lock while I was scrolling through an email. However, I just updated to the latest version through Rock Your Phone on my PC and the problem seems to have gone away. I'll let you know if I manage to reproduce it again.

    Thanks!

Seems this problem is still occurring, although it's intermittent.

Hmm.. i haven't been able to reproduce yet. Is it possible something else u have installed is closing it down? Do you have any other apps on the lock screen? Maybe try uninstalling mobilesubstrate apps and see if that fixes it (and then reinstalling one app at a time).

You know what, I have 20 Second Lockscreen installed and I bet that's the culprit. It just seems weird that it would be intermittent. I'll uninstall it and see if the problem goes away.

Not sure if this is related, but I have a similar issue with the Status-bar-view where it would lock-up after a certain amount of time. Respring would solve the problem but then after a while, the problem would come back. Some time, it would seem like I can't scroll the contents of this view, but rather scroll whatever is underneath it (ie. the active application).

No problems with scrolling in email quickview from the lockscreen though...
