problems with installer.app

i upgraded to 1.1.1 perfectly fine after a little bit of research, and i have installer working. i have the community sources as well as sources for cybergreg, loringstudios, and hightymes.

problem is, some apps aren't showing. before upgrading to 1.1.1 i did a full restore on 1.0.2 and then upgraded, so i know all the files that keep track of what you've installed using installer are reset. specifically i noticed that apollo, customize, and dock are missing, which of course are the three i use most often lol.

any ideas?

Im not sure if keeping the Media folder has anything to do with that, when I upgrade, and installed installer.app those apps were already installed, so I had to uninstall them, then reinstall them to get them back on.
