Installer App Download Problems

I currently have a T-Mobile serviced iPhone. I don't have a data plan but use my schools wi-fi.

As of yesterday, anytime I try to dl from installer, it goes straight to "download failed". Over the past few days i've been dling programs with no problem at all. I know it's not the lack of an internet connection because I can still use safari. Any ideas on how to solve this?
