keep apps in installer after update?

hey i am currently running a 1.1.1 firware with about 100 apps on it. I want to upgrade to 1.1.3 (wiggle!) and keep my apps. I have already transferred them to my computer, but it is my understanding that they will not appear in installer under uninstall or for updates. is there any file or something i can copy to keep them there?

thanks!

No.

A: Anytime you upgrade and/or restore it completely wipes the system (aside from leftover file crap), but your apps will be gone. And you will have to re-jailbreak anyways.

B: The file system in firmwares 1.1.3 and later is completely different that earlier FM's, apps are installed in a completely different place.

Best and cleanest thing to do is RESTORE to 1.1.1, then UPGRADE to 1.1.3 - rejailbreak and add everything back.
