Someone please tell me why we need 29 entries under "dictionary" in installer

I was not aware that dictionaries were THAT hot of a topic (or mod). I understand needing more than one as some are different, but really..... doesn't this seem excessive in a major way?

I'm looking for some type of reasoning why the biggest (by far) category is a dictionary entry. Can anyone shed some light?
