Confused Again

Hello

not sure if this is the right spot for this but here goes. I go to cydia I pick a theme, I hit install it does but then what....cuz nothing changes, what am I missin?

Themes are loaded into winterboard which you must use to apply them.

Ok, were can i find them & what do i have to do in order to change to that theme, is that in cydia also?

You download the theme.. Then close cydia.. Open winterboard.. put a check mark by the new theme.. Close winterboard. How long have you been away? Lol
