    Installer has not been around for a long time. Installer was replaced by Icy a while back and now even that's pretty much phased out. You have Cydia and Rock.

    Actually, I have Cydia, Rock, and Icy. But, Icy crashes every time I start it. Is there any way to fix it?

    I'm kinda the new developer that is taking Icy to the next level. Uhm... how about uninstalling Icy, and then re-installing it

    Icy is no longer supported. The developers stopped developing apps for the iPhone and iPod touch.
