Detected you are using cracked apps.

I'm very new to Jailbreaking but have jailbroken my iphone.I have restored twice.The last 3 apps I've installed with *********** I have recieved a pop up when running them saying "we detect you are using a cracked app" or words to that effect.The first time it happened itunes sent me an email saying they had taken money from my credit card which paid for 3 apps I had already installed and used while they were cracked.I restored and removed my credit card.Now it seems wotever I download is popping up the "we detect cracked app" pop up.I'm just wondering if this is normal and I'm being unlucky picking certain apps or has anything been installed on my phone that is creating this.I'm a bit long in the tooth (64)so any easy answers would be appreciated.Thanks.
