Apps not loading.

Okay, so I'm pretty new to this whole thing, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. I just decided to Jailbreak my iPod yesterday, I had a few issues at first but I got around to getting things to work. Like, I can get some apps to load, random things I downloaded just to test. But bigger things just don't seem to be working for me.

Like, for example. I downloaded the NES emulator, but when I tap the application it will open for maybe a split second and then close again. Same with Halo4ipod. Shows me the logo, then instantly returns to my screen.
And the GBA4ipod, won't let me download the BIOS.

Winterboard and all that works perfectly, so I'm set with that, but still. These are the things that I want to do Ya'know? xD

I'm using a 2g iTouch, 3.0 FW. If there's anything you can tell me to help me out it'd be appreciated, I'm sure others have asked these questions and I did attempt to google, and search but I found very few answers that helped me out.

Also looking for some good sources and must have apps ;d
