Hi everyone, I just jailbroke the phone.. how do install the installer application? i have seen some tutorials but they seem pretty complicated. There has to be an easier way.

just jailbroke my 1.4.. Need help with installer

Hi everyone, I just jailbroke the phone.. how do install the installer application? i have seen some tutorials but they seem pretty complicated. There has to be an easier way. im guessing 3.08b is the latest version? does it work fine with 1.4? im on windows.. Please help!
