How to uninstall apps not in installer uninstall list?

I installed pianist but got the main script execution error during install. The app works, but i can't uninstall it now because its not in the installer list. Anyone know how to remove it now?

main script execution failed error is a memory low error, what you can do is get Boss tool and download it, it should fix that error, but if you already have, you ssh into the iphone and delete it manually, or you can use terminal vt100 on the iphone. if you need any help just let me know
