i just upgraded to 1.1.4 and unlocked/jailbreak using ZiPhone but now i can't use the installer app. everytime i try to download something it says "package download failed" can anybody

1.1.4 installer help

i just upgraded to 1.1.4 and unlocked/jailbreak using ZiPhone
but now i can't use the installer app.
everytime i try to download something it says "package download failed"
can anybody help me out? thxx
