Any way to disable auto refresh in Installer???

You wouldn't want to. The auto-refresh updates the Installer .plists and also updates the display order to properly show your newly installed App in the Springboard.

yes i know that but i guess i would just have it manually. Its not that big of a deal.

Just disable WiFi, open installer (fails to refresh), switch WiFi on. It won't refresh again till like 6 hours or so.

put in airplane mode let it think its refreshing it will say there's an error then click disable on the popup and enjoy installer
