???Installer Update List???

does anyone know if there is any way to get a list of the basic installer sources' apps on the PC? im sayin like...instead of checking installer for updates...you can check it on your PC?...even if it doesnt literally tell you theres an update...even if i can just check my phones version and see if its old...i dont want installer on my phone no more...i just want to add everything manually but i need to know when they are updates...anyone can help me with this it would be great...or even a website i can go to to check? thanks....ill make sure everyone who tries to help get a thanks!!!
