How do you use the installer.app

Ok. Who can tell me exactly how to use the installer.app?

I am on 1.1.4 and using Windows XP Professional. I understand that I have to use the command prompt but cannot seem to figure out how to see the iPhone there. The phone has been jailbroken using Ziphone 2.5.

kinda tricky question...where you trying to open it?
u got icon on your iPhone ? open it and install bsd subsistem from sistem menu and then go from there click install and so on
