Uninstall Installer

Well i have this problem:

I have a 1.0.2 iphone which has v.3.0 Installer (latest) From what i`ve been reading on internet seems that if u have 3.0 installer messes with summerboard. So i cannot install summerboard cuz of installer.

How do i uninstall Installer? ibrickr doesnt see it installed.
I installed Iphonebrowser and i see there Installer.app as a folder with all its files (around 25 files). I cant delete whole folder i can delete only file by file. Seems pretty time demanding and doesnt seem normal.

Need help please, maybe i dont need to uninstall Installer, maybe u guys cand tell me a way to have Summerboard succesfully installed on my iphone.

Please dont give me suggestions that i should change firmware, i am very affraid of doing that, i am not that techical guy.

Why not let itunes upgrade you to 1.1.4 then use ziphone 2.5 to jailbreak and start with the latest? It's literally a 20 minute process all together.
