installer 1.1.4 apps?

does anyone know if installer will be making apss and stuff for 1.1.4

"installer" doesn't make apps. developers make apps which you can download through installer sources. theres not really much of a point to creating apps that dont work on the newest versions, so yes new apps will be created that are 1.1.4 capable, and older apps might be updated to work on newer firmware versions.
