Why are SOME of my INSTALLER icons suddenly all grey/no icon?

I was looking through my apps and saw an upgrade for something I had installed was available, so I tapped/did the upgrade. Soon after, when I went into Installer, I noticed that certain app icons (to the left of the program name) are now just grey squares instead of showing the icon. The ones which are showing as a grey square are: DEEP, SNAPTURE, DOCS, iLOCATOR, CALLME, DAMES, PSEUDOSUBSTRATE. The only apps of these that I actually have installed is DEEP and DOCS.

Does anybody know if this is normal, and if not, how can I get the icons back?
