Erica is in the utilities folder in the sections (second in from left) folder on Cydia. Erica is hosted by ModMyi so as long as you have loaded Apple News | ModMyi.com | iPhone, iPod, Mac, OS X, More in your sources section of Cydia, you should see it - unless I have given you bum info, in which case I apologise in advance.
