No installer

Hi guys, well, I already install 1.1.4, but my iphone doesnt have the installer application, what can I do?
The Safari, Itunes and Youtube, runs perfectly, but how can i Install the installer app?

Well I installed the Independence but I have a problem, i dont know the Iphone IP Address, and the Root Password, to install the Installer.app
What can I do?

are you saying your phone is or isnt jailbroken ?
if it is, then you should already have installer on your phone, but if not, run ZiPhone

and other question, when i want to install something in the installer, appears this " Error package download failed "? How can I fix it?
