updates still show in installer even when I updated

I have this little problem(it's more of a nuisance than a big problem really) that I was wondering if anybody else came across and maybe fixed it?

For example I just installed the new version of installer and in my updates it says that I have an update for installer but it's the older version, 3.0 same thing happens with OpenSSH I have version 1.1(I believe thats the latest) and then in updates it says that I have an update but it's the version before - 1.0

Happens to me all the time.. just ignore them and they go away after a while.

I think that is because you have the same app on two different sources...
