Can't delete Pool App

I have only just jailbroken my phone and installed a couple apps. One of the first ones I installed was "Pool" Only after loading it did I find out it required an activation code and thus i want to delete it.

I now can't see any way to delete it as its not listed in the "Installed Packages" list

If I try and install the product again - listed under "Adikus Pool - 3.0b1" I get the following error

Transfered a partial file
(i.ripdev.com)

I am now in the situation I see now way i can delete the app.

Anyone know how to progress this? Am I going to need to SSH into the phone and hard remove all the files? (I know unix/linux so am able to do this but don't know what to delete etc)

Any help much appreciated

Learning the hard way..... dont install anything from installer. use Cydia.

As far as SSH goes, there should be something to delete in the applications folder.... but dont hold me to it.
