Cant get rid of app???

hi i downloaded iLocator from installer to see what it is and then i didn't like the app so i uninstalled it from installer but the app is still there
plss help mee

I have the exactly same problem i downloaded it from installer, uninstalled it and dont know why it doesnt disappears help!!!plizzzzzzz

it seems that the app moved to cydia so download it from there again and then go to packages on cydia and uninstall it if not ask me again and ill try to help!!
