Get rid of Installer
I heard that the latest Installer update is goofing up everything, and there's really nothing but garbage on there anyway, so is it safe to remove it by deleting it out of the Applications folder via SSH?

why would you want to get rid of it on 1.1.4? If you want to un-jailbreak then simply shift restore to 1.1.4 in iTunes.
