Notification icons in installer update!!!

Yes finally its about time the installer app now uses the notification icons to inform us of updates!!!

Peculiar, it used to check for updates upon launch, but now not always. Not sure which I prefer.

I wish it would auto-check and check on launch. Maybe a preferences screen would be the way to go...

Sometimes I get the bubble sometimes I dont...however when i click on the installer icon I got new updates :s

While installer and summerboard are awesome aditions to the iphone their lack of a preference menu is really annoying

There's a Refresh button now, that checks for updates. I like that better personally. Now I don't have to wait through update checks every time I open it up.

Did anyone else lose a bunch of apps from their sourcelist? I was planning on downloading a few more programs and now my list is smaller. I still have all 5 of my sources.

Well, I just checked again and they're back. It was sb and kb, stuff in that section. As well as a few of the games I chose not to download.

Anyone know how often it polls for new updates? I let mine sit here since my last post and it didn't show anything. Then I opened the installer app, it went through all of the refreshes and it found two. I closed out of it and the notification was there.
