Backup Apps and Installer??

Does anyone know how to back up all my apps and installer so that its saves the uninstall part and sources?? I would really like to update to 1.1.4 but I just do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling everything. Thanks in advance.

If You are still looking for a solution, these are the files you need to backup to keep the sourced you have typed in.

INSTALLER APP SOURCES -
/private/var/mobile/Library/Installer/ in 1.1.3

/private/var/root/Library/Installer/ in 1.1.2 and lower

TrustedSources.plist

PackageSources.plist

Suppose im on 1.1.3 Is there anyway to save all the apps, packages and keep them on PC so that we can put them back after weve jailbreaked 1.1.4
? I just want to avoid downloading each and every package again

Does anyone have a copy of the file for the installer sources that has all the sources in it that are reliable?
