how to reinstall Installer?

I accidentally removed Installer and cannot figure out how to reinstall it. Anyone help? Have downloaded it from the Downloads section here and using iPhone Browser but the extracted files in the Applications folder but it does not show up on the springboard after a reboot...

I am pretty sure you need to rejailbreak your phone and titshould reinstall it. Use Quickpwn and it shouldn't delete anything and will just reinstall installer.
