Installer not showing up on springboard

Hey, i deleated installer with Fugu, and then i wanted to reinstall it, which i did, but it doesn't show up on the springboard, can someone help me? inside the installer.app folder is
default.png

icon.png
info.plist
installer
package.png
source.png

I had the problem where the installer.app icon disappeared. I was able to reinstall the app from my computer and the icon came back fine.
