So i have a 1.1.3 jailbreaked Iphone which was working fine until recently. Now whenever I try to install OR UNINSTALL i get the message "Error Package Download Failed!"
I have no idea how to correct the issue because they give you no means to do so... So if anyone on here has information that could help me that would be great.
PS- my GBA emulator was working fine (and my SNES and NES emulators work fine) but now right when i open it it freezes for a moment and then goes back to my home screen.

Reason: edit: i figured out how to uninstall apps, i had to clear the que then precocede to uninstall the app
