I want to run WinSCP but first need to install BSD Subsystem and Open SSH on my iPhone (I just quickpwn'd it tonight). I can't find BSD Subsystem on Cydia or Installer anywhere. Is there a source I need to add first?

bsdsubsystem comes pre-installed on your phone if you add cydia. (or rather some variant of it). Openssh is available through cydia.

Well, that answered my question also...partly I did everything as stated in a tutorial, replaced MobileInstaller and changed permission from 755 to 775. Then it just locked at the reboot screen (pineapple). Wouldn't do anything else. Had to re-Quickpwn. Just wanted to add aftermarket .ipa's.
