Installer wiping out usage time?

I find that after I use installer to install/uninstall, it wipes out my usage time. The time shows - . Anyone else have this problem? Should I restore my phone?

This happens every time you refresh the springboard.
It's inevitable, a small price to pay for a hacked phone.
