help, installer won't install anymore

Hey Guys

I have Firmware 1.1.1 I've been installing apps for a while now using installer, but today when I tried downloading a new app, it downloads fine, but then when it says "installing" nothing happens and it just goes to my home screen. I can see the app in mobile finder but it won't launch from there either.

Any suggestions?

Did you run out of space? Have you moved the applications folder before? Does it do the same with every app or just with that particulary one. If it doesn't get downloaded or installed properly or if the permissions are not set correctly it won't run. Maybe a restart of the phone helps.
