problem with installer plz helpppp

I can not install the installer on 1.1.1 I used idemocracy but it does not work when I install it and open the program in the iphone it stop and does not work
before I used to use jailbreakme.com but now when i go to it from the safari there is no link that I can unlock the iphone and install installer( I know how to unlock but my problem is how to install the installer)
is there any replacement website for jailbreakme.com ?

that didnt help either! i hev a 1.1.3 otb 16 gb...i got it down to 1.1.1 but then it wont let me install appsnap from both of those sites
