iphone Installer help!!!

maybe someone can help me why is it that when I look in installer I have so many more things to pick then my girlfriends installer she is missing so much stuff like themes and apps games and camerapro.
so why can i see it in my installer and not in hers?

try adding the community sources to her phone. more sources=more choices

Also REFRESH Sources as well. You can add lots of sources, but you also have to refresh them to get more info
