Installer Jailbreak Wiped everything!

Ive just attempted the 1.1.3 jailbreak on a 1.1.2 jailbroken phone. With all the correct software and autolock on never. Started the process fine. About 5 mins in my iphone resets and now everything has gone. All my prefs are reset no music, no pics, no sms, no contacts no nothing! Although installer is still there. If i open that up all my sources have gone only apptapp remains?? Ive tried reinstalling community sources but it just doesnt give me anymore sources.
Ive not heard of this problem so far from what ive read. Can anyone help me??
