Can't fine NAVIZON app in Installer after 1.1.3 upgrade

Hi I installed my iPhone to 1.1.3 using Dev method. Most of the functions are working except GoggleMap locate. I tried to install the Navizone but i can't find in my Installer list. I have installed/Reinstalled community source but still can't see Navizone app in installer.

Can anyone please help me to locate the source for Navizone.
