Installer trouble 1.1.3

ok I have the newest installer 3 running on my 1.1.3 phone. it worked fine untill today. now whenever i try to download anything it says package download failed and whenever i try to uninstall anything it says "main script execution failed." when i try to reinstall installer through the uninstall list i get the package download failed error... i dont know what to do... help please?

happened to me did a hard reset fixed it
WARNING: lots of people that have jailbrocken 1.1.3 have gone in to restore mode from a hard reset i only recommend doing it if you jailbrocke with 1.1.3-3

hard reset isnt working for me. I tried manually installing it too, all permissions set to 755 right?

this really sucks... something is wrong
