(1.1.3) installer problem: all downloads fail

I succesfully upgraded to 1.1.3 with old baseband using DevJB.
In the beginning when I used installer to download some of my favourite apps it was kind of unstable. I would get the message "packet download failed". Then after a few tries it worked.

In the meantime whatever I do it always gives that message, even after a reboot of the phone itself. Also tried a reload from the installer main screen..nothing seems to help. Also tried Wifi/edge, no succes, and I do have connection with safari & mail..

Anybody else with this problem?

what worked for me: refresh the sources. then click on something to install, but instead of installing it, click on clear queue. Then you're good to go. Note, you are getting that error because one of them programs you are trying to install is messing up. So don't go back to that same program. Try installing something else.

The current issue is that STE packaging is being throttled by his provider. He hosts about 1/2 of all the packages inside installer. If you keep trying it will eventually work (maybe 8 times, sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the traffic at the moment). For more info, read his blog.
