[1.1.3 (1.1.1. OTB) ][Problem] Ipod locked up after installing something in installer

I installed something yesterday in installer that locked my ipod up after i exited installer. Is there a way i can wipe my ipod clean of all apps beside installer. Kind of a, start fresh sorta deal. I have my music perfected on my ipod so i don't wanna lose it, but i want to just get rid of every app and start again, just go back to right after it was jailbroken. Is there a wayI can do this?

(I think the problem might be a file's permissions aren't set right but i'm not sure)

If someone can help me in any way i'd really appreciate it

edit: oh and my itunes still recognizes my ipod when it's plugged in and i can still access my ipod through winscp
