Installer.app v3.0 on 1.1.3 not working

I upgraded to version 1.1.3 through Dev Team's guide. After upgrading installer to the newest version, installer won't open up again. Has anybody else had this problem and any possible fixes for this? Can I restore my phone with the 1.1.3 firmware or would i have to downgrade to 1.1.2? Thanks

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 and i just installed the newer installer 3.0b I think it's called, now installer just opens and closes right away..the rest of the phone is fine..
