installer crashed in 1.1.2

hey guys.. my problem is that my installer crashed while updating it... now wen i try to open it... nothing happens...and the application shuts... is there anyway to fix it... i downloaded the file and copied it to applications/folder using iphone-browser as i do not have wifi... but it didn't help at all... installer still doesnt open...
i have a 1.1.2 OTB unlocked using turbosim.. help please..

the only thing i can think is to ssh to the phone and make sure your permissions are right
