No Installer.app after 1.1.3 upgrade

Hi all,

My upgrade from 1.1.2 unlocked to 1.1.3 went rather smoothly... nothing's wrong except a few things like the syncing issue many are having and the 118MB occupied space.

The main problem is that I am not seeing Installer.app on my home screen. When I access the filesystem through SSH from Cyberduck, "Installer.app" is actually inside the applications folder. How can I access it on my phone?

Also, how do I go about solving the syncing problem?

ssh into your phone, delete the installer app and reinstall it with independence.
