Help, accidentally uninstalled installer after upgrade

i successfully completed an upgrade to 1.1.3 and was trying to clean up installer when I accidentally uninstalled "installer", now I have an icon on my screen but cannot get back in to load new programs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

is there anyone whose got an idea for me however painful it might be? i'm on a pc with jailbroken 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 to devteam 1.1.3
