Help! Firmware version 1.0.2 & 04.01.13_G & Installer icon missing

Hello,

I have got my iPhone couple of months ago from Dubai where it was already hacked. I am using it since that time with no problems until i added some programs and the installer icon disappeared!

I have tried to recover it (it is a bug in 1.0.2), and while i was doing that, I found out that my fw version is 1.0.2 and the modem version is 04.01.13_G . My understanding from the research i have done is that my phone was of fw version 1.1.1 and it was restored or downgraded!

My question are:
1- How can I upgrade to the latest fw version? All guidelines i found susgests that i have different fw and modem versions. And to which version should i upgrade? 1.1.2?
2- Will that get the missing installer icon problem fixed? Or should i fix this at first? and how? because i am unble to fix it because of the different firmwork versions on my iPhone.
