Apps Won't Install

I have JailBroken my iTouch 1.1.4, and attempted to use Installer to acquire new apps, however, many simply get the error: "Error: Package download failed!" This error also occurred after I installed VNsea. The initial installation appeared successful, but I was then immediately asked to update the app, and that is when I got the Package Download error. I now get the error even when trying to uninstall VNsea. I read previously something about Community Resources v3.6? Could someone please tell me what this is, and how to get it? Thanks in advance.

Ah that usually happens for me also. I dunno if this is a coincedence but to fix it i usually press clear queue ? It works for me xD
