AppTapp keeps crashing on me, please help!

Ok so I have had a jailbroken iPhone for a while now, and everything was fine, until I noticed Installer had a big update. So I decided to install the new update, but I didnt have enough room, so it crashed on me, so I went to go back to delete some other apps to make room, and now AppTapp doesnt even start.

Everytime I open it, it crashes immediately to the springboard. I also used the app "Boss Tool", and relocated my ring tones and wallpapers to free up space, and also my applications, could this have done something to it?

I dont know what to now really, any suggestions, help? Should I just re-jailbreak it? And if I restore my iPhone will it automatically restore to the newest firmware..?
