I was installing apps fine on installer, but now when I try to install, it goes through all the normal steps like downloading source. However, once it hits install source, the Installer app goes back to the home screen, but nothing new shows up. I tried to restart my iPhone, and there is still nothing new. I used WinSCP to check the Applications folder, and it does show the folder of the app that I tried to install. But inside that folder, there is usually only a png file. Thanks!
